You know, the more I think about my life and about everyone else’s life, the more I see the whole of life as a scene from a movie, with some unseen entity holding a clapper board, shouting “Action ” and “Cut” at regular intervals. It looks real from the outside, it feels real from the inside, but actually, each and every one of us are just minuscule players taking a small part in the huge, complicated tapestry of life. “The world’s a stage”, he said, and each must play a part”. The older and wiser I become, the more sense this idea makes.
